Prepare two butter papers and a rolling pin. Put them aside.
In a large skillet, roast the sesame seeds until golden. Be careful to stir the sesame seeds constantly because it burns quickly. Put the roasted sesame seeds aside.
In the same pan, put honey, sugar, ginger, cinnamon and salt and stir constantly over medium heat until boiling.
Let the mixture boil for two minutes with constant stirring, then turn off the heat.
Quickly add the roasted sesame seeds over the sugar mixture and mix.
Put the mixture on a butter paper, then cover it with another buter paper.
Roll out sesame seeds with a rolling pin to get a medium thick dough.
Remove the top butter paper and cut the sesame seeds as you like.
Let the sesame seeds cool, then serve.
