In a bowl, put garlic, turmeric, cardamom, cumin, hot pepper, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and two tablespoons of oil.
Add the meat cubes and mix them well with the spices.
Leave the bowl at room temperature for 30 minutes, then cover and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
In a saucepan over medium heat, heat a tablespoon of oil.
Add the meat cubes and stir them on all sides for a few minutes.
