 Konafa dough: 1 lbs (500 gr, roasted)
 Sugar: 1 cup
 - Sugar syrup (gatar): 1 1/2 cups
 Rose water: 1 cup
 Ghee: 1 1/2 cups
 Pistachios: as desired (chopped)
 Lemon blossom: 1 1/2 cups (for garnish)

Roast the knafeh dough in the oven until it becomes blonde.

Add ghee, sugar, rose water, and syrup to the knafeh dough after taking it out of the oven, and knead it well until it sticks.

On a special tray, put half the amount of the kunafa dough evenly, then put the cream, and spread the rest of the dough over the cream.

Put the tray in the refrigerator for two hours, and then take it out and cut it as required.

Serve the mafrouka with cream and decorate it with pistachios and lemon blossom.
