 Chicken breast: 2 breast (grilled or boiled)
 Potatoes: 2 (cut into cubes, fried)
 Pita bread: 2 loaves (cut into cubes, fried )
 Parsley: Package (finely chopped)
 Onions: 2 (small size)
 Garlic: 3 cloves (crushed)
 Yogurt: 3 cups
 Shawarma Spices: 2 tsp
 Tahini: 4 tsp
 Lemon juice: half a lemon
 Ginger: 1/4 teaspoon (ground)
 Cumin: 1/4 teaspoon
 Salt: 1/4 tsp
 Black pepper: 1/4 tsp
 Butter: 2 tsp
 Sumac: 2 tsp

Season the chicken with sumac, black pepper, salt, cumin, shawarma seasoning, 6 teaspoons of yogurt and the juice of a quarter of a lemon, and mix the ingredients.

Leave it for an hour in the fridge, then sauté the onions, add the marinated chicken, and stir it from time to time until it is cooked.

3. Add the butter, and stir quickly.

Mix yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, and a quarter of a teaspoon of garlic powder in the bowl of an electric mixer. Spread the chopped parsley in Pyrex, then add the fried potatoes.

Add the toast, followed by the chicken.

Pour the yogurt mixture over it, and garnish with toast, nuts, and parsley.
