Boil the pasta with salted water according to the instructions on the package, drain and leave aside.
To prepare the chicken mixture, heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat and stir in the onions until wilted.
Add the chicken and season with salt, black pepper and cinnamon.
Add the green bell pepper slices and cook over medium heat until the liquids have evaporated.
