This salad with chickpeas and fava beans is quick, fresh and vegetarian-friendly. It is hearty enough to eat as a light lunch.
880 lbs (400 grams) canned fava beans
880 lbs (400 grams) canned Chickpeas
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ tsp cumin
¼ cup of finely chopped parsley
¼ tsp red pepper
¼ cup of finely chopped mint
2 mashed garlic cloves
1 chopped green onion
1 chopped tomato
salt, to taste
pickled cucumber
1 ½ tbsp olive oil

Empty the can of fava beans in a large bowl, and then add Chick peas, lemon juice, cumin, parsley, red pepper, finely chopped mint, garlic cloves, green onion, chopped tomato, dash of salt and chopped pickled cucumber and olive oil.

Mix them well and serve.
