In a saucepan put milk on heat.
Add the yogurt, using a manual mixer, mix gently until the milk warms up.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the yogurt, and stir the ingredients with the manual mixer for several seconds to mix.
Spread the yogurt mixture evenly in dishes, and place it in a warm place for 12 hours.
Put the yogurt in the fridge for 6 hours. Serve cold.
