Chicken Kebabs in the Oven

These tasty chicken kebabs are baked in the oven. The result is juicy kebabs that everyone will love!

 3 lbs. (1 1/2 kg) skinless and boneless chicken breast
 3/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
 2 onions, finely chopped
  4 cloves garlic, crushed
 1/2 cup coriander, finely chopped
 1 teaspoon salt
 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Mix the chicken, parsley, onion, garlic, coriander, salt and pepper in an electric mixer until well mixed.

Put oil on your hands and shape the mixture into long shaped kebabs around the skewers.

Remove the skewers from the kebabs.

Grease an oven tray with a little oil, then line the chicken kebab inside.

Put the tray in the oven until the kebabs are cooked well. It is best to cook until the center reaches 165 degrees.

Once cooked, remove from the oven and serve hot with rice, salad or French fries.
