Lahoh, also Luḥūḥ (Arabic: لحوح), is a spongy, pancake-like bread originated from Yemen. It is often sold on the street by peddlers.

Mix the flour, sugar and salt in a medium bowl.
Blend the eggs and milk together in the electric mixer, add the flour mixture, then the butter.
Heat a large skillet over a medium heat, then pour the mixture, divided into circles, in a series of two tablespoons of each.
Leave the Lahoh to roast on both sides.
Serve with butter, sugar, jam or chocolate.
