Rice and Meat Phyllo (Ouzi) is one of the famous foods in the Levant, especially Jordan, Syria and Palestine, and is usually served at weddings, Ramadan, and holidays. Ouzi is a highly nutritious meal, mainly based on rice, vegetables and minced meat.
In a cooking pot, fry the meat with butter, salt, Arabic 7 spice mix, cardamom and clove until tender.
Add the drained rice, cover with water, stir well and simmer over low heat until the rice is completely tender.
Heat the oven at 355 F (180 ° C).
Mix rice with fried nuts.
Place two dough sheets in a small greased bowl in a cross-section, then fill with a mixture of rice and meat, and fold the sides of the dough to cover the filling completely. Brush with oil to stick together, then Flip over into a lightly greased baking sheet with butter.
