A traditional middle eastern white Beans (fasoolia Baida) recipe cooked with beef in tomato sauce.
Boil the soaked beans for half an hour until they are cooked.
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat and add the garlic. Stir for two minutes.
Add the broth and tomato juice to the saucepan.
Add boiled white beans, boiled meat, black pepper and salt, and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and cover the pot and leave for 40 minutes until tomatoes cook.
Serve hot in a bowl on top of a few spoons of rice.
