Fattoush is a Levantine Middle Eastern salad, originally from Lebanon and spread to neighboring countries in time, made from toasted or fried pieces of khubz (Arabic flat bread) combined with mixed greens and other vegetables, such as radishes and tomatoes.
1 cucumber, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 tablespoon purslane, coarsely chopped
1 small radish, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp sumac
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp Salt
2 cups Lettuce, coarsely chopped
1 tsp mint, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
Arabic bread: half a loaf (cut into squares and fried)

Mix the lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pepper and radish in a deep bowl.

Add purslane, parsley, mint, spring onion, fried bread and mix.

Add salt, olive oil, lemon juice, sumac and serve.
