For the filling:

 1/2 cup chopped green capsicum
 1/2 cup chopped red capsicum
 2 cups chopped tomatoes
 1 teaspoon fresh green thyme
 1 tablespoon dried parsley
 1 cup rice
 3 cups chicken broth
To brush the chicken:
 2 garlic cloves
 2 stems rosemary
 1 sliced ​​lemon
