Learn how to make Delicious Rice with Meat and Peas , following these simple recipe steps. Serve with yogurt or your favorite green salad.

 1 cup frozen peas
 1 cube chicken broth
 1 lbs. (500 grams) beef fillet cubes
 1 cup basmati rice (washed and soaked)
 1 onion, chopped
 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
 1 tablespoon butter or ghee
 1 3/4 cup hot water
 1/2 teaspoon salt
 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 1/2 teaspoon Arabic Seven Spice Mix (click to see recipes)

Heat a large saucepan over medium heat, add the meat and stir until brown in color.


Add the onion, oil and butter and stir for 3 minutes.


Add the chicken broth cube and stir. Then add black pepper and stir the ingredients.


Add the peas and stir for 10 minutes.


Add the rice over the ingredients on top, and season with Arabic 7 spice mix and salt, then pour hot water and leave it to boil.


Reduce the heat, cover the pot, and leave it for 30 minutes until the rice is tender.


Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with roasted nuts, and serve hot, along with yogurt or salad.
