To prepare the rice:
 2 cups rice
 1 large onion, finely chopped
 2 garlic cloves, mashed
 1 tomato, finely chopped
 2 tablespoons tomato paste
 red hot pepper - sprinkle
 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
 1 teaspoon turmeric
 black pepper, to taste
 Salt, to taste
 4 cups meat broth
To prepare meatballs:
 1 lbs (1/2 kg) minced meat
 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
 1 grated onion
 1 teaspoon salt
 1 teaspoon black pepper
 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
For decorating:
 Parsley, finely chopped - to taste

To prepare the meatballs: In a bowl, mix the meat with parsley and onions.

Add salt, black pepper and cinnamon.

Mix the ingredients well with your hands.

In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the meatballs until browned but not completely cooked.

Put it aside in a plate.

To prepare the rice: in a saucepan over medium heat, fry the onions and garlic until they are translucent.

Add tomato paste and flavor with salt, black pepper, cinnamon, turmeric and mixed spices.

Stir with a wooden spoon, then add the tomatoes, meat broth and meatballs.

Leave the mixture to a boil, then add the rice.

Reduce heat and allow rice to simmer.

Sprinkle the parsley on top and serve hot.
