 1/2 cup chopped dates
 4 minced strawberries
 2 sliced ​​bananas
 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
 1/2 cup crushed pistachios
 1/2 cup raisins
 1 cup cream

 Sugar syrup

Bring 4 single serving dishes. You can also prepare this recipe in a medium size serving dish.

Take the frozen konafa packet out of the fridge and leave it on the kitchen table until it gets rid of ice and becomes soft.

Preheat the oven to 355 F (180 ° C). Install the medium rack of the oven.

In a wide, short edge tray, place the kunafa, sugar and melted ghee. With your fingertips mix the Konafa with ghee and cut the kunafa into small bristles.
