 0.550 lbs (250 grams) Konafa dough
 3/4 cup vegetable oil
 3 cups milk
 4 tbsp cornstarch
 3 tbsp sugar
 1/2 tps ground mastic
 1 tbsp blossom water
 3/4 cup sugar syrup
 0.375 (170 grams) cream
For Decoration:
 1/4 cup pistachio (coarse ground)
 3 tbsp pomegranate seeds

In a tray, mix the coarse kunafa dough with vegetable oil, and put the tray in the oven for 7 minutes at 390 F (200 C) degrees until the kunafa is roasted and golden.

Pour the milk into a saucepan, then add the cornstarch, sugar, mastic, and stir until boiling.

Add cream to the milk mixture and stir well, then remove the pot from the heat and add the blossom water and mix again.

Pour the syrup over the toasted Konafa dough and stir until well mixed.

Spread the kunafa dough into serving cups, and put a layer of milk mixture, cream, and pistachios.

You can make several layers.

Decorate with coarse pistachios and pomegranate seeds, and serve.
