 Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
 Meat Kofta: 8 pieces (shaped like round discs)
 Ten-minute dough (as desired)
 Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
 Tomatoes: 2 (sliced)
 Pickled cucumber: slices
 Egg yolk: 1 (whisked with a pinch of salt and black pepper)
 Sesame: little (for garnish)

Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, and fry the kofta tablets on both sides until tender.

Spread the ten minutes dough on the work surface with a pinch of flour, and cut into circles of equal size.

Spread ketchup on each piece of dough, then put a disc of fried kofta, a slice of tomato, and pickled cucumber.

Close the dough on the filling, and place it on a greased oven tray.

Brush dough with the beaten egg, and garnish with a little sesame.

Put the tray into the oven for 15 minutes at 356 F (180 C).

Serve hot or warm, as desired.
