 2 tablespoons ghee
 1 lbs (500 gr) meat cut into cubes
 5 onions, sliced ​
 1 1/2 cups water
 4 potatoes, cut into cubes
 Vegetable oil, as needed
 1 chopped tomato
 1 chopped green capsicum
 3 bay leaves
 1 teaspoon salt

In a saucepan, melt the ghee over medium heat.

Add the meat and stir it until its color changes.

Add the onions and stir with the meat until wilted.

Pour out the water and leave the saucepan on the stove until the water boils.

In another saucepan, fry the potatoes in the oil. Drain the potatoes from the oil and add them to the meat mixture.

Add the tomatoes, capsicum, bay leaf, salt and sweet pepper.

Stir the ingredients until combined. Cover the kebab with potatoes and bring to a boil.
