Hummus with Spiced Beef and Pine Nuts

Creamy hummus topped with spiced ground beef, toasted pine nuts, and fresh parsley is a great appetizer or light meal!

 3 cups boiled chickpeas
 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas water
  2 tablespoons tahina
 1 tablespoon yogurt
 1/4 cup lemon juice
 salt, to taste
 pepper - to taste
 pine nuts for decoration, to taste
 parsley for garnish, to taste
 red hot pepper - sprinkle
 Lebanese bread cut into small pieces - 3 loaves
 1 1/4 cup boiled chickpeas water
 1/2 lbs (250 gr) minced meat

To prepare the meat: in a non-stick saucepan, put the meat and stir well.

Cover the pot after 5 minutes.

Add the olive oil, stir well and leave the mixture on low heat until the meat is tender.

Flavor salt and pepper to taste.

To prepare hummus: in a deep bowl, put the tahini and lemon juice and mix well.

Add the yogurt and mix.

In the food processor, put chickpeas and 1/2 cup of chickpea water.

Add the garlic, then the tahini, and turn the food processor on to get a fine ground chickpeas.

Set the mixture aside in a plate.

In a deep bowl, place the bread and add the boiled chickpeas water.

Stir gently, then add chickpeas and stir gently.

On the serving plate, put a few boiled chickpeas, and bread crumb , then minced meat.

Decorate the dish with pine nuts and parsley.
