 2 1/2 cups Chickpea flour
 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
 1 Egg
 3 green onions, finely chopped
 1 Onion
 1 tomato, finely chopped
  1 1/2 tablespoons Chopped leek
 1/3 cup Chopped parsley
 1 teaspoon Cumin
 1 teaspoon Paprika
 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
 1/2 teaspoon Salt
 Water, as needed
 Abundant oil for frying, as needed

In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and baking powder.

Add the onions, tomatoes, leeks, parsley and green onions, then season with cumin, paprika and turmeric.

Stir the ingredients until they overlap, then pour in the water gradually until you get a soft dough.

Add the eggs to the mixture and mix well.

Cover the bowl and leave it aside until the mixture relaxes.

In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the abundant oil and pour in it one tablespoon of kebab dough. Turn the kebabs over to the other side until they are browned on both sides.

Repeat the previous step until the quantity is finished.
