 1 cup powdered sugar
 1 large egg white
 2 cups flour
 1 small pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 350 ° F.

Add the egg whites and run at medium speed until the whites disappear.

Add flour and salt then blend on medium speed for one to two minutes until a soft and smooth paste is formed. You can form Qraybeh directly or let it rest for at least an hour.

Form balls of dough the size of a walnut or slightly smaller and press pistachio in the top if desired on parchment lined surface. Arrange in a baking tray.
