Ashta (cream) is used to prepare sweets, which is a favorite of many people, and can be prepared at home in very easy steps. Follow the steps and prepare the best Arabic and Western sweets.

 3 cups whole milk
 2 tbsp butter
 1 teaspoon vanilla, powder
 1 tbsp sugar
 1/2 cup water
 5 tsp starch

Mix sugar and milk in a saucepan over low heat.

Add the vanilla, butter, and stir constantly until sugar dissolves and the mixture begins to boil.

Mix the starch with half a cup of water until it melts.

Add the starch mixture to the milk pot and stir until the mixture becomes thick.

Remove the pan from the heat and leave the cream until it cools, then keep it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
