Homemade Arabic Yogurt is so easy to do! All you need is three ingredients and a little time to make your own delicious and healthy yogurt

 1 liter whole milk
 0.265 lbs (120 gr) yogurt
 4 tablespoons of milk powder

In a saucepan put milk on heat.

Add the yogurt, using a manual mixer, mix gently until the milk warms up.

Remove the pan from the heat, add the yogurt, and stir the ingredients with the manual mixer for several seconds to mix.

Spread the yogurt mixture evenly in dishes, and place it in a warm place for 12 hours.

Put the yogurt in the fridge for 6 hours. Serve cold.
