 Date paste: 1 cup
 Water: 1 cup
 Fine semolina: 1 cup
 Brown sugar: 1/2 cup
 Vegetable oil: 1/2 cup
 Milk powder: 3 tablespoons
 Instant yeast: 1 teaspoon
 Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
 Condensed milk: 1 cup (sweetened)
 Cinnamon: 1/4 cup (ground)
 Tahina: 2 tbsp
 - Pistachios: 1/4 cup (crushed / to decorate)

Preheat the oven to 356 F (180 ° C), and grease a baking sheet with tahini.

In a bowl, put the oil and sugar, and blend the ingredients until they are combined.

Add the date paste, water and milk, and with an electric whisk, mix the mixture until it is incorporated.

Add semolina, yeast and vanilla, and mix until you get a smooth paste.

Pour the dough into an oven tray, and level the surface with a spatula.

Put the tray into the oven for 35-40 minutes, until it becomes golden in color.

Take the tray out of the oven and pour the sweetened condensed milk on top, and sift the ground cinnamon on top.
