Semolina pudding is a popular dessert in Arabic cuisine. It's comforting and of course delicious.

White layer:
 1/2 cup water
 1/2 cup sugar
 1/2 cup semolina
Red layer:
 1/2 cup water
 1/2 cup sugar
 1/2 cup semolina
 1/4 teaspoon red color
 1 teaspoon rose water
To serve:
 coconut

White Layer: In a saucepan, put water and sugar, put it over medium heat, leave it to a boil, then add semolina and using a wooden spoon, continue stirring for a few minutes until the mixture becomes thick.

Put the pudding in a tray. To get red of bubbles, hit the tray lightly to the work service.

Put it in the fridge for several hours.
