 Hot green pepper: 1
 Chicken liver: 1 lbs (500 grams)
 Salt: 1 teaspoon
 Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
 Pomegranate molasses: 1 tablespoon

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat .

Add the onion, stir it, and season it with salt, then add the hot green pepper, and stir until the onions are tender.
