Impress your friends and family with this Arabian pavlova, crisp on the outside, marshmallow soft inside and topped with dried fruits and nuts.

 0.440 lbs (200 grams) egg whites
 Pinch of salt
 0.880 lbs (400 grams) sugar
 2 teaspoons almond extract
 10 whole dates, cut into small pieces
 2 cups dried fruits, cut into large pieces
 1 cup of assorted nuts, toasted
 3 cups whipping cream, whipped
 1/2 cup of date syrup

Whisk the egg whites and salt until soft.

Add almond extract, then add sugar, a small amount at a time, then mix the mixture well after Each addition until soft.

Add the chunks of dates and stir well with the meringue.

Form the meringue into 3 discs and place in a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Place the meringue in the oven at 250 F (120 ° C) for approximately 3 hours. The meringue becomes ready when easily separated from the baking paper. Cool down.

Put one meringue disc in a serving dish, then add the whipped cream on top and sprinkle with some fruits and nuts.

The same method is repeated with the other two discs.

Pour date syrup over the pavlova and serve.
