 1 lbs. (500 gr) ground beef
 1 large onion, finely chopped
 1 teaspoon mashed garlic
 1 tablespoon olive oil
 1 1/2 teaspoon dried coriander
 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
 1 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper
 1 tablespoon salt
  1 teaspoon black pepper
To prepare the sandwich:
 4 loaves Arabic bread
 1 large onion, finely chopped
 1 Large size tomato, cut into cubes
 1 cup parsley leaves
 1 tablespoon Sumac

Preheat the oven to 356 °F (180 ° C). Grease an oven tray with a little vegetable oil.

In the food processor, put the meat, garlic, onions, hot red pepper, coriander, paprika, black pepper, salt and olive oil. Mix the ingredients until the mixture holds together.

Put the mixture in a bowl and wrap it with nylon paper. Put it in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.

Take the bowl out of the refrigerator. Shape the mixture until you get the shape of fingers. Put the meat fingers on the oven tray.

Put the tray into the oven until the kebabs are cooked, turning over from time to time.

To prepare the sandwich: Take the tray out of the oven. Put a piece of kebab in the middle of a loaf of Arabic bread. Add a little onion, tomato, parsley and sumac. Roll the sandwich into a roll.

Repeat the previous step until the end of the quantity. Serve :)
